Dr.
Moretsky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State
University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City
University of Medicine and Biosciences (KUCMB). He currently serves on
the Board of Trustees of KCUMB as Chairman of the Academic and Medical
Affairs Committee. He is a certified specialist in Ophthalmology: a
Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology (M.D. Board), and a
Diplomat of the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology (D.O.
Board).
Nationally, Dr. Moretsky is past President of the American Osteopathic
College of Ophthalmology and a recipient of the Distinguished Service
Award. Dr. Moretsky won the President's Award which is bestowed to an
individual who has made a significant contributioin to the Arizona
Osteopathic Medical Association. He was Vice Speaker of the House of
Delegates for 10 years. He has served consecutive terms on the Advisory
Council and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO).
He is a member of the Association of Governing Boards of Universities
and Colleges. He has been awarded a Certificate of Special
Congressional Recognition for Meritorious Achievement. He is also
certified in refractive surgery by the Council
for Refractive Surgery Quality Assurance.
Locally, Dr. Moretsky is past President and a current member of the
Phoenix Ophthalmologic Society and serves in a leadership position on
the Board of Trustees of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association.
Dr. Moretsky is an Active Member of the Arizona Ophthalmologic Society.
He has been in practice in Arizona since 1978 and is an experienced
refractive surgeon performing LASIK, EPI-LASIK and ICL; and is also an
experienced cataract surgeon performing aspheric, toric, and ReStor
intraocular lens implantation.

Dr. Craig R. Cassidy

Dr. Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree from the
University of Kansas and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas
City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB). He is a certified
specialist in Ophthalmology and a Diplomate of the American Osteopathic
Board of Ophthalmology.
Nationally, Dr. Cassidy is past President of the American Osteopathic
College of Ophthalmology and a recipient of the Distinguished Service
Award. Dr. Cassidy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology
(AAO). He is also a member of the American Society of Cataract and
Refractive Surgery (ASCRS).
Locally, Dr. Cassidy is past Chief of Staff of John C. Lincoln
Hospital-Deer Valley, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the
Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Cassidy is an Active
Member of the Phoenix Ophthalmologic Society and is an Active Member
serving on committee in the Arizona Ophthalmologic Society. He has been
in practice in Arizona since 1981 and is an experienced refractive
surgeon performing LASIK, EPI-LASIK and ICL; and has vast experience in
cataract surgery as a pioneer in Intraocular lens implantation spanning
nearly 30 years performing aspheric, toric, and ReStor, ReZoom and
Crystalens intraocular
lens implantation.
